Youth Program Policy

Attention Parents/Guardians
:

We have a new sign up procedure for the Wednesday after school GYRL programs. We must have an email by Monday or Tuesday by 4:00 PM the week of the program you wish to have your child attend. They will then be walked over from the school by staff members.

The email can be one single email but MUST include ALL of the following:
gilmantonoffice@sau79.org, your child's teacher, and katiegyrla@gmail.com.

This will help to eliminate any confusion. We understand everyone forgets sometimes, but we have many more Wednesday programs to look forward to in the event that you do. If your child regularly attends programs we already have their contact info. Just let us know who will be picking them up if not yourself. If your child will be new to programs please give us a phone number to contact as well.
We will have a reminder email scheduled to go out the Monday before programs. We appreciate your support and understanding!

Our updated monthly calendar will be sent out by the end of next week. We have some fun programs ahead!
