Youth Program Policy for After School Programs

Attention Parents/Guardians:

Welcome Back Pokemon club, and LEGO club!
Surprise, by popular demand we are adding a
Finger boarding club too!

GYRL Wednesday Program Sign-up Guidelines:  We must have an email on Tuesday by 4:00 PM the week of the Wednesday program you wish to have your child attend (email may be sent anytime between that Saturday and Tuesday). They will then be walked over from the school by staff members.
The email can be one single email but
MUST include ALL of the following: gilmantonoffice@sau79.org, your child's teacher, and katiegyrla@gmail.com. This will help to eliminate any confusion. If your child does not attend the school or if you plan to attend the program with your child please sign- up by emailing katiegyrla@gmail.com by Tuesday at 4:00 PM as well,
to ensure we have the sufficient amount of supplies for the program.

We understand everyone forgets sometimes, but we have many programs throughout the school year to look forward to in the event that you do. Just let us know who will be picking them up if not yourself. Being the start of the new school year please provide us an emergency contact phone number to reach during our programs in the first email you send to us for sign ups. We appreciate your support and understanding!  We have some fun programs ahead. Looking Forward to seeing all of the kids again!
